Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Question bank and official material
Every mock paper on HSKWin is written by us against the published HSK 3.0 syllabus. We do not reproduce, host or distribute official past papers, which are the copyright of Chinese Testing International (CTI). HSKWin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to CTI, Hanban, or the Center for Language Education and Cooperation. HSK® and HSKK® are trademarks of their respective owners.
Scores and marks are estimates
Scores, pass probabilities, writing marks and speaking scores produced by HSKWin are estimates generated by our own software against published criteria. They are not official results and do not predict or guarantee your result in a real sitting.
Refunds
Every paid plan carries a full refund within 7 days of the charge, for any reason — 14 days for Lifetime. After that, a subscription can be cancelled at any time and will not renew, but the period already running is not refunded. The full terms, including unwanted renewals, are in our Refund Policy.
Description of Service
We provide a software-as-a-service platform. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
Payment and Billing
HSKWin sells access to online exam-preparation software. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.
What we charge. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown at checkout before you confirm.

Prices are automatically reduced in some countries to reflect local purchasing power; the amount you are charged is always the amount shown at checkout.
Automatic renewal. Monthly, Exam sprint and Annual renew automatically at the price and interval above until you cancel. The renewal is charged to the payment method on file on the day the current period ends. We email you a receipt for every charge.
Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@hskwin.com. Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing in your account is deleted — you simply return to the Free plan.
Refunds. Every plan carries a full refund within 7 days of the charge (14 days for Lifetime), for any reason. The complete terms, including unwanted renewals, are in our Refund Policy.
Failed payments. If a renewal fails, we retry for a short period and email you. If it still fails, the subscription lapses and the account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted.
Taxes. Where we are required to collect VAT, GST or a similar tax, it is shown at checkout in addition to the listed price.
Payment processors. Payments are handled by third-party processors. We never see or store your full card number.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time through your account settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
