This question tests practical email writing: it must include a salutation, a decision, reasons, and suggestions, with a suitably formal tone. The model answer first recognizes the employee’s contribution, then approves the transfer and explains the adjusted pace, and finally gives recovery advice. It covers the position, reasons, and expectations, and its wording fits the formal register expected at HSK 6.
